The venue is quirky and special with the best staff. the location is great and perfect in a nice area, just next door to nice beaches, restaurants, and other attractions in Lamai. - the room is well-priced, and there are absolutely breathtaking views over Lamai Bay.

We had the most nice few days there. Located 800 feet from the hotel, the black pearl was a good choice to eat...

enjoyed our stay at hotel and would like to stay longer. got continental breakfasts with the toasting, a great view and local food. the superior queen room room included a personal safe, climate control, and tea/coffee making equipment, we were happy about that. the location was great and unbeatable, just a pleasant stroll away from grandfather's grandmother's rocks.

This place is unique, with an amazing pool and a great location surrounded by lush greenery.

The location close to a main street and an art gallery was particularly good and absolutely perfect. We stayed in the family house which was reasonably priced.

Services were EXCELLENT, no complains at all. A wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like Baobab that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Staff was friendly and we loved our stay. Reasonable base for city break in Lamai Beach.

Our room was lovely, with a cool hot tub to unwind in. It was awesome to have a bunch of TV channels, a spot to eat, and a comfy seating area all in one place. the service here was top-notch, and the food was absolutely fantastic! 🌟

We stayed in a family villa which was decorated in traditional Thai/Asian fashion, absolutely loved it, great beds, awesome gardens and staff. Dinner in the restaurant overlooking Lamai Beach was a beautiful thing.

Room was noisy (backed onto a main road). The room and sheets smelt damp and the bathroom and some parts of the room needed upgrading. A lot of steps and steep inclines around the hotel (not a problem for us) but it needs to be made clear that accessibility for families/elderly is limited. Lots of mosquitoes - probably from the stagnant pots of water near the rooms - should remove them and provide complimentary mosquito coils or similar. The hotel needs to have better road signage as I drove myself from the airport and it took quite a bit of time to find it. The chill out seating area upstairs could do with less tables and chairs and more of a lie down/low level seating with more cushions would be nice!
